PPG works with individuals (often from across multiple organizations) to select and design “learning cohorts” that fuel personal growth and contextual leadership capabilities. Each cohort’s journey is carefully designed around core thriving elements - Awareness, Belonging, Curiosity, and Drive. They build upon the highest functions of leadership, from self-awareness (Me), to contagious leadership (We), to generate the drive needed to sustain capacity for thriving within and beyond the team with which we are entrusted with (Go). The ultimate objective for each learning cohort is to captivate and develop the full gambit of talent within and across cohort participants.
