Culture camp

At PPG we describe culture as the things people do when no one is looking. From our experience, working with some of the world’s most successful teams, culture is the glue that holds high-performing teams together. It’s the magical difference between a team of champions and a Championship team.

Culture Camp is a 90-day process to decipher and design the purpose-built culture for your team. Specific outputs from the journey include:

• A compelling articulation of the culture we want to create
• A collaboratively designed set of guardrails (the vision, the role, the standards and the rituals) for your performance culture
• Clearly defined accountabilities for leaders to champion within the organisation
